Instructions on Finding a Blue Cross PLUS Plan Provider (The Telephone Enrollment Code is the PCP number you need)
1.	Go to the website www.bluecrossca.com/uc
2.	Click on the Providers in California option
3.	Click on the Provider Search option
4.	Select a Provider Type
5.	Click on next
6.	Select a Specialty (optional) and click Continue
7.	Enter your geographic or name criteria: Street address, city & state OR City & state, OR ZIP code, OR County & state, OR Name
8.	If you want to refine your search, click Further Refine Search. Otherwise, click Find Providers Now a. If you selected Further Refine Search: Select Language, Gender, Medical Group/IPA Affiliation or Accepting New Patients status and click Find Providers Now
9.	Up to 200 Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) meeting your specified criteria will display
10.	Click on the name of the physician you want to select as your Primary Care Physician
11.	Find the Enrollment Code (phone) which you wil use to select this PCP. Some PCPs are affiliated with more than one Medical Group/IPA. You will need to find the Enrollment Code (phone) for the Medical Group/IPA you wish to select.
